A nice clean spacious ground floor apartment, that overlooks the whole of the pool area.

The Apartment has an open plan kitchen and lounge. The kitchen has electric hob, kettle, toaster, and fridge with ice box, and a breakfast bar. Microwave, ironing board and iron are also provided. Everything you need to accomodate your self catering holiday.

The lounge will also accomodate 2 further persons on a sofa bed for sleeping purposes. Also provided is a TV and Video.

There are patio doors that lead out to your own private terrace with outdoor table and chairs... so just pour yourself a Gin and Tonic.

The bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes, there is also a phone in the room to reception.

The bathroom has a bath, shower, bidet, toilet and sink and is tiled.

The complex has a reception, a computer for Internet access, a pool side bar with 2 pool tables, and a restaurant for all day and evening food.

The complex is situated in the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen, very popular with tourist's.

It will take you five minutes to walk into the main town, where you will find the new shopping centre called the Biosfera that is built on 3 levels, anything you need can be found here.

The old town of Puerto del Carmen also has the very popular old harbour, with plenty of restaurants and bars to entertain you. The picture to the left was taken at night time.

Opposite the complex is a Spar supermarket, and a petrol station, there are also bars and restaurants in the same location as the complex.

The pool is solar heated and there are ample sunloungers to laze in the sun all day.

And only a short walk to the beach if you so desired.
